Where Imagination Meets Reality! 

  • Do you do graphic design?

    We have the ability.  However, we prefer our clients to provide the finished image so we can focus on producing, quality-printed products.

  • Would images from the Web be good to use on printing?

    In most instances, it is recommended to use a graphic designer.  The reason for this is that most GIF’s (web images) are too small and of poor quality.  If you attempt to increase the size of these images they become very pixelated (grainy) and difficult to view.

  • What is the best file for digital printing?

    We work with most graphics produced from design programmes.  What would recommend NOT to use are programmes similar to Microsoft Publisher as these type of programs are not suitable for large format printing.  If you are unsure of the programme file, we are happy to evaluate and let you know.

  • What I see on my computer is what I will see printed on the paper, right?

    This is a common issue.  Unfortunately, not.  Because of the different computer screens, resolutions and formats, the image is always different.  If you use a professionally calibrated colour specific screen - Great.  We recommend to relate any important colours in your image as PMS numbered colours or CMYK colour breakdowns.

  • What is the expected turnaround time for an order?

    The longest we hold a job for is 5 days and that is for really LARGE printing projects.  Our average is 2 - 3 days and the reason for this is so we can ensure quality.  Sometimes we have been asked for a 24 hour turnaround, however there is the risk of quality.  So unless you desperately need it fast, we ask our clients for maximum 5 days. 

  • Are you able to install my signs as well?

    We are able to install in most South-East Queensland locations subject to site inspection and quoting.  If we are unable to assist you personally, we can arrange, for installers to assist you. 

  • I have a technical question, who can I talk to?

  • Do you have a minimum order before you print?

    We usually do have, however it is dependent upon what it is you are wanting printed.  We recommend to contact us directly on 07 3265 5988 or email  info@pdf.net.au and we can advise you straight away. 

  • Are you able to advise me on what will best suit my business?

    Absolutely!  We want to make sure you receive the best printing solution possible for your investment.  What we do ask, is for you to provide as much information about your desired outcome, then we can offer more ideas or solutions which would best fit.

  • If necessary, are you able to come to my site to assist me in my needs?

    For all South-East Queensland based businesses, yes we can.  For those who are outside this area, what we ask for is visual presentations of the work area.  In some instances we have had clients walk outside with their laptops and give us the ‘Virtual Tour’.  This works just as effectively as if we were standing there with you!
